Vivian’s successful business model operates on an appt only basis as noted on website- so attention focused on client. I completely understand need for entrance to be secured to ensure the customer’s confidentiality & safety of anyone in the shop. Both measures allow for a safe, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Jeffrey and Raven are my stylists of choice. They are super efficient, really friendly, and full of personality. What I loved most of all, of course, was the quality of the cut I got. I used to use a barber downtown but no longer! Zoom is a little pricier than what I paid but worth every penny!
