Drew's main areas of focus are Performance Training and Functional Movement. He completed a mentorship program at Athletes Performance in Arizona which earned him his FMS (Functional Movement Systems) Level 1 and is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA (NSCA-CPT). He believes strongly in the power of movement to build strength and reduce injury and loves sharing his knowledge with others. Drew is also passionate about sports nutrition and coaches his clients on how to maximize their training efforts through their diets. He has been successful in training a variety of professional athletes, youth athletes and everyday people wishing to achieve a balance of health, fitness and overall well-being.
