Called Pioneer Transmission in a panic because I was told by a different mechanic that I needed a new clutch and they refused to fix it. They took my car in the very next morning and found it was not the clutch they fixed the small problem free of charge. I am so thankful and will defiantly be keeping them as my go to Mechanic shop? I was so worried when my Dodge Grand Caravan was experiancing transmission issues. Right from the first phone call and talking to Vivian, she explained to me that one of their expert technicians will verify the concerns with my vehicle for free.
