I have been engaged in the counselling field since 2007 and have worked in a variety of contexts; including crisis lines, mental health facilities, centres supporting women and children experiencing violence, correctional facilities, and community supportive recovery housing. As part of my own healing journey to work through past trauma, I have also sought out both individual and couples therapy. These experiences, in addition to the contexts I have worked in, have all allowed me to grow as a person as well as a counsellor. Suzanne is qualified in the use of several Listening Therapies and The Therapressure Protocol (Wilbarger).
