This out of town senior with a two year old Maytag washer with a useless five year warranty from Sears made countless calls for service. Thanks to a recommendation for Karl’s found him to be a technician that exceeded all expectations of what an appliance technician should be. Karl was professional, efficient and knowledgeable, many calls also had me find his diagnostic/out of town mileage not only incredibly fair was one not offered by any of the companies I called. My iPad button was jammed and unusable. RR&E got my iPad working (with the virtual button) in 1 minute at no cost to me after another shop in south Regina was unable to even to locate a record of having replaced my iPad screen about a month ago ?!
The young man at RR&E who fixed things up explained why I might not need or want the actual physical repair done! Good customer focus.
I am happy that I went to Regina Repair and Electronics and will definitely take my business there.
