Polyline Designs Inc. was formally established in 2021 as an evolution of the former Polyline Drafting and Designs (since 1994). Founder Kelly Peters has provided design and drafting services throughout New Brunswick including residential and small commercial buildings, residential site and landscape design, construction supervision, and 3D architectural renderings. With many years of experience of both architectural and landscape design, our projects effectively use the site’s natural landscape features, with capitalize on natural sunlight, and solar gain, and capture best view for its building’s design. PDI analyzes the site to integrate the building into the natural contours thereby reducing unnecessary and costly earthworks and disturbance. This design approach is applies to all our our projects, both residential and commercial.
