Brian's has been married since 1976 and has three adult children. He spent most of his work life in sales and business and in 2006 started his journey into hypnotherapy. “I wanted to make a bigger difference in other people’s lives” says Brian. My interest in Real Estate began 30 years ago when I purchased my first house, a pre-1950’s semi-bungalow which I extensively renovated and sold for three times the purchase price two years later. The next two homes that I owned were also fixer uppers that I renovated and sold for a profit. Fortunately I was able to do most of the renovation work myself.While my career of 30 years was in Quality Control in a plastics manufacturing plant, Ruth-Ann and I have also operated Superior Blind Services, a window covering business. I am able to assist buyers or sellers with window coverings for their home. Over the years of dealing with clients looking to decorate their homes, I have acquired a very important skill necessary to provide excellent customer service: the ability to LISTEN to the customer’s needs or wants. My strengths include; strong knowledge of house construction and building systems, excellent customer service skills, and keen attention to detail.
