My interest in Real Estate began 30 years ago when I purchased my first house, a pre-1950’s semi-bungalow which I extensively renovated and sold for three times the purchase price two years later. The next two homes that I owned were also fixer uppers that I renovated and sold for a profit. Fortunately I was able to do most of the renovation work myself.While my career of 30 years was in Quality Control in a plastics manufacturing plant, Ruth-Ann and I have also operated Superior Blind Services, a window covering business. I am able to assist buyers or sellers with window coverings for their home. Over the years of dealing with clients looking to decorate their homes, I have acquired a very important skill necessary to provide excellent customer service: the ability to LISTEN to the customer’s needs or wants. My strengths include; strong knowledge of house construction and building systems, excellent customer service skills, and keen attention to detail.
