I wrote a previous review regarding the wait time for service. Watershed contacted me explaining the unusual circumstance causing the delay. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed quickly at no charge. I have been dealing with Watershed for 13 years now and have never experienced anything short of stellar service. I guess this was just a bump in the road. I still highly recommend The Watershed.

From our first meetings and estimates on costs to him handing over the keys to our new home. IDL was personable, well spoken, friendly and kept us informed. My wife and I can be demanding and he was more than obliging to all our requests and able to keep them on budget. Any small issues with subcontractors he dealt with swiftly and professionally. A totally positive experience for us, especially considering all the horror stories most people tell about their contractors.
