My first call to this locksmith was because my house locks were getting sticky and hard to use. I was afraid I would be locked out. The lady on the phone helped me out with recommendations on how to fix the problem myself - and it worked! Saved me money I didnt have at the time. Of course I called them again when I lost my keys.
