Welcome to the RM of Birch Hills #460The Rm of Birch Hills .it includes ranges 23 -26 and townships 46 – 48, west of the 2nd meridian. Included within our RM is the hamlet of Fenton and the organized hamlets of Brancepeth and Hagen which AMALGAMATED AND DISSOLVED forming a part of the RM of Birch Hills.

The Rural Municipality of Albert was named for Albert Edward, Prince of Wales later King Edward 7th. The RM of Albert was incorporated in 1905. It includes the communities of Bede, Bernice, Broomhill and Tilston. The municipality covers an area of 288 square miles and has a population of 339.
