I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

I enjoy the spontaneity and the expressionistic process involved in creating these abstract images. My inspiration is drawn from nature's endless arrangements of line, color, forms found in gardens, landscapes, and water scenery.
