waited about 30 min before we were able to enter, very busy but food was amazing ... could see it go from the cooks in the back to the buffet the entire time we were serving ourselves. Great customer services, always smiling and had people everywhere to answer our questions including at the farm. The "crispy pork" was without a doubt my favorite, even bought a bag to go!

Our forest, situated in Eastern Ontario, has fairly rocky but fertile soil. Much like a vineyard, a maple forest relies greatly on terroir, as well as the varietal of maple, to develop a maple syrup that is full-bodied and rich in flavor. Our mission is to produce high-quality maple syrup, while managing the bush in a responsible and sustainable way. Subsequently keeping this beautiful hardwood forest for future generations to use conscientiously and for those that call it home.
