We offer one-on-one fitness training and couples training (as our scheduling permits), along with whole foods/Paleo nutrition consulting. We work with clients who are new to exercising or the seasoned gym-goer who wants some variety in their fitness regimen. Our clients range in age from 21 to 80 plus.
