After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

All appliance pick ups are facilitated through Trail's Annacis Warehouse adjacent to the Clearance Centre. Customer pickup entrance is at door 6.
Once your goods have left our facility, Trail will not accept any claims of damage.
Please note that in order to protect your purchase, proper photo ID will be required on all pickups.
Please notify your salesperson if someone other than the name noted on the invoice will be picking up your appliances. Only the individual named on the invoice is authorized to pick up product.
