I graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek in December of 2014 and obtained my registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) in January 2015. My initial career was in software development working for Nortel in Ottawa and Germany for 24 years. I have a deep interest in the areas of Sports Massage, Active Release Therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy and look forward to continuing my education in these areas. I also understand the importance of relaxation and restorative massage treatments in today's highly stressed society. For my personal health I participate in a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program as well as yoga several times a week. I also strongly believe in following a healthful diet while striving to lead as healthy and balanced a life as possible.
