I have had neck and back pain for years as a result of bad posture, among other things. That is, until I started seeing Shannon! She does a great job finding the root of the pain you are feeling and she can explain why the pain spreads like it does. On top of a fabulous deep massage, she gives you homework to do as well...stretches and exercises, ways to improve posture, and things to watch for.
