Please do your very best to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment so that your schedule, and your therapists schedule is kept. Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment, we require two (2) hours cancellation notice. We understand that there are some situations that are out of your control, but a two hour cancellation policy allows us to accommodate other clients that are waiting for an appointment. Country Hills Massage Therapy reserves the right to request payment of the scheduled appointment if sufficient notice is not provided.
