We had outstanding service from Roger who went above and beyond to help us with a serious lock problem. He took the time to problem solve a difficult and unique situation which others had told us could not be solved. The excellent service from Active Lock and Safe started when we phoned, Tess couldn't have been nicer and ensured we got quick and immediate service.
