Assisted by his two brothers Yvan and Claude, including his loyal controller Roger Barbarie, this small slaughter house became with time a food distributor for the eastern Ontario region from the Quebec border to Cornwall and Ottawa. Their specialty has always been the meat. In 2006, the business passed on to the second generation of the family. André, Christine (O'Neill) and Benoît have their hearts ready for the new challenges that the business may bring in the future.
