CR Dance Xtreme Inc. is a dance school that promotes confidence, discipline, technique, and knowledge of dance at an elite level. Offering a wide array of styles to train from such as Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Boys only Hip Hop, Point and musical theatre. We have an 8 week program as well as a full year program for recreational and competitive students for ages 3 to adult. CR fitness is an adult only fitness gym (ages 19 and up) that features state of the art equipment, towel service, locker with key provided, relaxation room and sauna. All cardio equipment features 17 inch HD TVs with iPod connectors.

Active Living Physiotherapy provides personalized, one-on-one physiotherapy services, including assessments and treatments for various conditions, while promoting patient education and empowerment in a client-centered environment.
