I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company.
I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having.
I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future.

An artist all her life and recently receiving her MFA, owner and operator Donna has been in the custom picture framing business for over 20 years. She looks forward to helping the Crowsnest Pass community with all of their framing needs (originals, prints, needlework, etc.).

This means we will work together throughout this journey, from choosing the right location all the way through to selecting the best product to showcase your photos.
Approximately one week after your session you will be invited to attend a personal Reveal and Order session. This is where you will see your photos for the first time, and where I can help you decide which options will work best for displaying and storing these priceless moments. There will be samples for you to see, hold, and touch, and I will be available to answer any questions you might have about the products available.
One of the most neglected aspects of getting portraits done is the final product. When our journey is complete you will have beautiful photos on your walls or in an heirloom album to pass on for generations to come!
