View Royal's Out of School Care program is designed to provide a safe and fun environment for the children when school is not in session during the day. We provide care for students of View Royal Elementary and are open, with sufficient registrations, for Professional Days and Winter and Spring Breaks. We also have a summer program which has a separate registration beginning sometime in May.
Our Children's Centre Society (OCCS) opened in February 1992 to provide programs to preschool children of the employees of the Provincial Government of British Columbia. Freedom ChildCare Centre in Victoria provides a safe, secure environment for toddlers and pre-school children. We are a CCFR Participant offering full time daycare for children aged from 16 months through to school age, with services including such things as diapers and wipes, early childhood scholastic learning, structured playtime and more.
