Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time. Outstanding service!!
