Jaspers-Fayer Property Management is a locally owned property management company. Our clients include seven residential condominium corporations, one industrial condominium corporation as well as four rental apartment buildings and a number of stores, factories and single family homes totaling over 450 units. All of the properties are located in Orangeville. Our services include collection and depositing of all rents and condominium fees to the Owner's bank account. Contracts are arranged for maintenance, repairs and insurance and all invoices are paid from the Owner's bank account. We prepare agendas and minutes of all meetings of the board and owners. We prepare all correspondence required and liase with the corporation's auditor, lawyer and engineer. We are available 24 hours a day to handle any emergency that might occur.
