I am a landlord, utilizing RSPMs services for 3 years. Rentals are not an easy business, most tenants are great and pay on time, but some bad apples will vacate an entire building with their stupidities. RSPM has been very professional and has treated every one of my tenants very fairly, even if it means evicting them if necessary.
