Customers should expect this type of service, but Steve & his entire team actually exceeded our expectations. Boy can you tell when a buisness has experience, from the moment I called to when the basement was pumped out, sewer unpluged, furnace and hot water tank replaced and some drainage changed.

I can see why they have been in business for over twenty years. The quality of the work is excellent; the product used was dry to the touch before they left, the slight smell was gone by morning.They did the complete strip of the old tub, which was done by another company and started to peel within two days. The first company( AT FIRST) answered their phone and said that their grandmother had passed away, but after three calls and their grandmother dying each week, we went with Niagara Bathtub.
