A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. Excellent and honest service. I was rolling the dice taking my car to a service outfit I never used before, but I had two separate problems (both my heating system and AC system) fixed by them with no expensive surprises. Josh was very good to deal with. Only quibble is the courtesy cars leave something to be desired.

Kirmac on Weswood street in Port Coquitlam is so far the best me and my husband experienced in years. We feel very fortunate that we found them! Their managerJohn is so helpfull, communicative, very knolagable and organized. It's so nice to deal with him when you are already stressed out from the accident situation.
