WHEN I ASKED THE DRIVER WHAT TOOK SO LONG HE SAID THE GIRL WHO TAKE'S THE PHONE CALLS FORGOT TO PUT MY ADDRESS DOWN SO IT COULD BE DELIVERED. I STILL HAD TO PAY $40;00 FOR COLD FOOD. THE PERSON WHO TOOK PHONE CALL IS NOT ANY PART OF JIM'S FAMILY. JUST THE PERSON WHO TAKE'S THE PHONE CALLS AND WAITS ON TABLE'S. I THINK JIM SHOULD GET RID OF THIS PERSON OR HE WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS.JIM'S OF SIMCOE IS NEVER LIKE THIS. ONE BAD APPLE WILL SPOIL THE BUNCH

Me and my mom have been ordering from jumbo dragon in brantford for years and I can honestly say never has the food been anything but delicious and is always made to order as fast and efficiently as possible.I recommend this place to anyone who wants good fast Chinese.
