Sandra Webb has 30 years of experience in Counselling, Child Welfare and Adoption. Everyone needs help at some time in their lives. SWC helps individuals of all ages, from all walks of life. Children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Counselling for behavioural issues, early life trauma, abuse, depression, stress, attachment concerns, emotional or relationship problems, recovery from life's challenges, PTSD, anxiety, grief and loss. Remember, everyone sees how you seem, only some know who you are. My office is located in Cobourg, my work has taken me around the world, to orphanages in Russia, China and Haiti. I have provided workshops in my office, Canada, US, Ireland and Russia. A DVD and CD called Building the Bonds of Attachment that I produced is sold around the world to professionals and parents. Sandra has helped families adopt from ON, CAS, Russia, China, Kenya, Korea, South Africa, Ethiopia and Ukraine.

Yoga has been part of my life since I was a teenager. That translates into almost 30 years of experience. Teaching yoga has been an important part of my life for the last 10 years. It is such an honour to share yoga with such amazing people. After having lived abroad for half my life, moving back to Cobourg became an easy transition through my yoga world, prior to that I felt out of place. I have studied and practiced yoga in many countries around the world, including UAE, India, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, Peru, Thailand, Australia, Turkey & of course Canada. From each teacher I have picked up little points along the way and developed my own teaching style. I find this the most beautiful aspect of instructing and taking classes. The uniqueness of each person makes every yoga experience meaningful. The yoga world has so much to offer practitioners but also instructors; it is a never ending process of experience and education.
