They don't leave you enough room to tell ur story. Bottom line, I had a complaint. The manager dealt with it in an exemplary fashion, and then, continued to go above and beyond. I had the rack of Lamb. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. There are limited options in this neck of the woods. It's a bit pricier than the average place around here. But, the meals are worth it. I'm leaving as a very satisfied customer. I will be back.

Was recommended by one of their customers and certainly worth it. I purchased some of their jerky and Maui steaks the first time. It is a regular stop now and last year took in my wild game to get processed. Jim and Tracy and very friendly and their prices are reasonable. They make Christmas sausage that is to die for but you have to put your order in as it goes as fast and they can make it. Would recommend this shop and worth the drive!
