Ive never liked campgrounds until Grand Oaks! It is more of a community where everyone helps everyone. Beautiful place and the guy who keeps care, .....never been in a cleaner place, everything spotless...someone needs help...he is there Everyone needs to check this place out!!!!! SMALLWOOD ACRES IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST FAMILY CAMPING AROUND. WE HAVE BEEN COMING THERE FOR 10 YEARS AND HAVE FELT MORE THEN WELCOME FROM THE VERY START! THE OWNERS AND THEIR FAMILY ARE SO KIND AND HELPFUL.
THE BEST PART IS THAT SO MANY OF THE CAMPERS ARE FROM THE MARITIMES, (CAPE BRETON, NEWFOUND LAND, PEI, ect.) WHEN I FIRST DROVE INTO THE PARK AND SEEN ALL THE EAST COAST FLAGS FLYING, I KNEW THAT I WAS HOME!!

when we got there last year with our new trailer there had been a heavy rain and t storm our site was a wash out ,went to office and they had a backhoe and a few buckets of gravel and we had driest and levelest camp in camp ground now that's called customer service and that's a fact jack
