PacificSport Northern BC was created specifically to serve the athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers of northern BC. By providing a variety of innovative services and programs, the centre helps athletes progress while introducing sport opportunities to the region's youth.

Counseling Model & Approach: Provide brief-intervention solution-based counseling and mediation services, utilizing a multi-faceted, cultural-specifc, holistic, non-judgemental, and collaborative approach. Clinical counseling practice includes: cognitive-behavioral congruence, mindfulness, anger-management, respectful relationship workshops/homework, stress-management, and/or coaching to achieve maximum results/dreams/goals, overcome barriers, facing fears, and challenges; and build on strengths. Mediation services is a process that utilizes a collaborative, interest-based approach to resolving conflicts, primarily to avoid court and strengthen family, professional, and personal relationships. Counseling services via Skype, telephone, in-home, in-office, and/or text options are available.
