My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Answered my email question within an hour. "Guesstimate" to replace dryer element was +/- $200.00. Booked a time window, was at my home right at the end of the window. Very friendly. Abbi found loose wires, no need for element. Service call was 1/2 the estimate. Running like new. Highly recommend.

They are very professional and very honest. I ask them to come
to my home to repair my Bosch dishwasher. After talked with them, they told me it is not my dishwashers problem and the problem is my drainage pipe. They told me how to fixed it and I did as they told me. The problem was solved and cost me zero penny.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

Jackson Appliance Service was opened about 18 years ago. The first 9-10 years the company was operated in the GTA. My main business was handling warranty repairs and installation of Maytag Brand Appliances. Approximately 9 years ago, I moved from the GTA to the Alliston area. This is about the same time Whirlpool Corporation bought out Maytag. At this time I decided to cease doing warranty repairs and instead concentrated on out of warranty service and installations in the South Simcoe area. (Barrie to Tottenham) My main objective is to offer fast and reliable service to my clients at reasonable rates. I am owner, operator and sole service technician. My job is not done until the customer is happy. I guarantee all work performed and I am always glad to discuss it and explain it to the clients. If any problems occur they become my #1 priority to get them solved.
