Welcome to Advanced Health Massage Therapy providing registered massage therapy services. We offer a large variety of treatments including registered massage therapy, osteopathy and reflexology. Massage Therapy is the manual manipulation of the soft tissue of the body: skin, muscle, tendon, ligaments, connective tissues and membranes. Massage benefits all people - babies, children, the elderly, pregnant women, palliative care, patients and athletes. For many of us, stiffness, pain and stress are a way of life to which we have habituated. It is not until we receive massage that we experience a body that can breathe, stand and move freely without pain. We take pride in providing a safe and supportive environment with caring and effective therapy based on individual needs.

Couples and Family Therapy provides a compassionate, trauma-informed space for individuals (including children), couples, and families. They offer both in-person sessions at their cozy location in Fonthill (complete with private rooms and refreshments) and virtual appointments across Ontario. Their dedicated therapists—Nicole Rethy (BA, MSW, RSW), Allison Whitty (BA, MA, RP(Q)), Madalyn Hillmer (BA, MA, RP), Tracey Marshall (BA, MA, RP), and David Angus (BSW, MSW, RSW)—bring varied expertise in supporting ADHD, behavioural concerns, anxiety, low mood, athletes, first responders, trauma, infidelity, addiction, perinatal and post natal care, grief, loss, and more. They are trained in a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, narrative, solution focused, somatic, and mindfulness based approaches as well as a few others.

Established in 2009, AH&WC is the leading multidisciplinary clinic in Niagara that offers the widest range of health care services from Chiropractic and Physiotherapy to Laser Therapy and Smoking Cessation. Other services include dizziness treatment, custom orthotics, custom bracing, and acupuncture.
