Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Had amazing service once again, from Jack and Jamie. Not only were they great to talk to, they were also very knowledgeable. Their charming faces and attitudes were just a bonus. Definitely will keep coming here. Have gone to both the Collingwood store and the Wasaga store and will continue to go to the Wasaga location instead because the service is fantastic.

Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.

Always yummy as you'd expect from a Swiss chalet. It's a very busy location but certain times of the day it is easier to be seated. Waits aren't usually too long. One time they ran out of chicken! But I love this restaurant and would say its my favourite place for dining.
