Lyle and Darryl Cairns are the owners of LD Cairns Design/Build Inc. which is a family run business in the Alliston/Cookstown area. They have been in the construction business for over 25 years and started working with their father at a young age in the Schomberg area. Together, they have built a variety of high quality farm and industrial buildings in the York and Simcoe County regions over many years. RPDS is an award winning design firm that specialized in fully custom homes, cottages, residential additions – renovations – restoration. RPDS offers a full range of design services for renovations, additions and new builds, master planning, zoning compliance review, and various design permit applications including legal second unit package, exterior opening package, change of use permit, encroachment agreement site plan, land severance set, etc. Our strength lies in our superior client service, our level of professional experience, our understanding of the planning, zoning, approvals and development process, our ability to deliver highly detailed contemporary design both on time and on budget. We promote the use of affordable green building practices. Clients can expect carefully prepared designs and budgets, accurate permit and contract drawings, and continued involvement through construction. Eric Connolly Architect was established 1989. It is based in a renovated 19th century house in the historic downtown area, Georgetown, (Halton Hills), Ontario. Our background is mainly in the area of Public Building projects. That experience has created a similar focus for current projects, although the nature of a "small-town" practice has brought a wide range of project types to the offices' attention. Projects have been diverse in terms of program, size and the architect’s role. While this role is traditionally as prime consultant, we have also worked comfortably as sub-consultants with envelope specialists, engineers and Project Managers as the prime consultants. We provide partial service of as well as "full service" components for the Design and Implementation of a Project. The Firm provides full computer drafting services utilizing Auto-CAD and Photoshop.
