Health and fitness has always been Erica's passion. Raised in Chatham-Kent, Erica grew up playing numerous sports and has always had a love for running. Completing a few marathons and obtaining her Personal Training certification, it was natural to find a career within the health and wellness industry.After her first niece Cora was born, Erica was inspired to work with both moms and babies. Seeing her sister struggle with her post-baby weight and having difficulty finding activities to do with her daughter, Mommy & Baby Fitness was a perfect fit.Erica began Mommy & Baby Fitness in 2009, for Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex and has enjoyed every moment! She truly believes movement is medicine, and nothing fulfills her more than to help new moms feel better about themselves- happy moms mean happy babies!

The Windsor Aquatic Club has over 40 years of experience in aquatic programming in this community. Our Safe, Exciting, AquaticSwim/Natation Canada program is swimmer-centered, coach directed and parent supported. Together we, as swimmers, parents and the coaching team, will be the premier, competitive swim team in Windsor and Essex County. We remain true to our values of being Competitive, Committed and Compassionate for all of our swim programs.
