I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.

We also offer Bootcamp classes that are an hour long and include a warm-up, HIIT circuits, Abs and stretching! These short high intensity circuits are done to a timer so you work at your own pace within the allotted time with the exercise variation that is best for you. Workouts are for the entire body and incorporate weighted and body weight exercises to increase strength and improve your definition while working muscular endurance.
