Workouts are for the entire body and incorporate weighted and body weight exercises to increase strength and improve your definition while working muscular endurance. We also offer Yoga, our YogaFit (R) is a vinyasa style of yoga that links body movement and poses together with breath by flowing from one pose to the next. The Milton location is a purpose-built private aquatic facility that has been part of the Making Waves family of pools since 2006. In the summer of 2014 it underwent a major renovation and now boasts a spacious family change room, a large modern viewing area, expanded parking lot and a state of the art UV water sanitation system!
Families in Milton also love the wide walk-in steps for small children and the handy kids' play area. The pool is also kept at a warm 90 degrees to keep your little ones warm while they learn! Please stop by during business hours for a tour and more information.
