Although it varies by Employer, member MAY be eligible for such benefits as: Pension, Dental Care, Life Insurance, Drug and Optical plans, etc. Any such benefits, along with eligibility or benefits levels is typically located in your Collective Agreement under Health and Welfare heading. Questions about these benefits should be directed to the Plan Administrators, whose numbers are available through your store/plant managers, or your full-time Representative.

There are CUPW locals with elected representatives in over 200 communities across the country. Ultimate decision-making power in the union resides with the membership.
