Re/Max Ocean Pacific Realty opened its doors for business January 13, 1987. Bill and Glenn sold their ownership shares in 1994. In 1998 at the Re/Max Western Canada Awards conference Jim and Dave were recognized as Broker Owners of the Year in Western Canada (single office category). In 2001 at the Re/Max International Convention the office was recognized as top office in number of closed transactions (small market) for Re/Max International. The office supports the Children's Miracle Network as its official charity. Every year during the spring, the sales associates donate a part of each commission to CMN which goes directly to Children's Hospital support for our area.
