In 2024, we took over what was once The Tea Brewery and began a new chapter as Spill the Tea. Our goal? To breathe new life into this beloved tea shop while staying true to what made it special—offering the highest quality loose leaf teas, thoughtfully sourced and carefully blended. Whether you’re a longtime tea drinker or just beginning to explore, we’re here to help you find the perfect blend. More than just a shop, Spill the Tea is a space where locals and visitors alike can slow down, savor something special, and connect over a shared love of tea. Every day, we’re inspired by the incredible people who walk through our doors, from familiar faces to travelers from all over the world. It is our mission at Garden by the Sea (NB) to provide individuals with a unique way to uplift their spirits and promote good health through our fabulous line of skincare products and ethical teas. We, along with the help of our fabulous soap-maker, Ann, handcraft all of our skincare products in small batches. All of the products in our skincare line are 100% natural, meaning there are no parabens, dyes, perfumes, synthetic fragrances or other harmful and toxic ingredients. For scent and therapeutic properties we use pure therapeutic grade essential oils. This provides individuals with a fabulous and safe way to utilize aromatherapy for their personal well-being. We also use high grade carrier oils like Sweet Almond, Jojoba, Pumpkin, Hemp and natural fruit butters like Mango, Avocado and Shea to nourish and enrich the skin. Some of our products have natural botanicals added to them like dried lavender buds or calendula petals.

A cozy coffeehouse / second-hand bookshop at the end of Hammonds Plains Rd at Peggy's Cove Rd. Full organic cappuccino bar, new and used books, large children's and young adult sections. This is a spot you could hang around all day.

In a world where social media seems to have replaced 'in-person' socializing with our friends take a breath and relax over a cup of tea and enjoy each others company because ... it's all in who you share it with! I get to be eternally 5 years old having tea parties and meeting new people in person and online. We have everything from traditional tea to mad hatter tea parties and tipsy marTEAni parties. With our fabulous fundraising program through Steeped Tea I am able to help people raise funding for everything from kids sports teams and schools to expensive medical treatments.
