Extra time is given to make clients comfortable with their hearing instruments, as well as explaining the limitations of the client's hearing loss. Out-of-town service centres are available in Didsbury, Lacombe, Linden, Olds, Ponoka, Rocky Mountain House, Sylvan Lake and Three Hills. Visits are once a month to each location. Hearing screenings for seniors are always complimentary. We also assist the client with paperwork for Government programs if they are eligible.
