I, or We, feel Squirrel’s is a fabulous restaurant. Why? Because the food is always good and hot; the staff are friendly and accommodating; and the atmosphere is what a pub/restaurant should be, interesting and inviting.
Their breakfasts, and we have eaten breakfasts all over Guelph, bring us back morning after morning: the quality of food and the friendly atmosphere gets one’s day off to a great start.
Squirrel’s fits our comfort zone. A cross section from all walks of life, ages, and disciplines. At weekends the place bustles with University students, seniors, families, all relishing the atmosphere and good food. The friendly staff must take credit for knitting this diverse array of customers into a cordial gathering of diners; comfortable with each other’s presence.
Living in the South end of Guelph, we feel fortunate to have Squirrel’s on our doorstep.
