I have to say I can find insurance a little overwhelming. But when I bought my house Dean Coulter made me comfortable and offered me chances to ask questions. I rented an auger to drill holes for a swingset, but my yard is very rocky, the throttle became loose, the owner can’t and looked and explained what happened. He also came and picked it up for me, he explained was a 5 minute fix and didn’t charge extra. Was very pleasant and understanding. Very good customer service. Will go back if need any other equipment. Good job!
