Both Chad and Ryan delivered my furniture today and were very speedy, friendly and professional, taking care to not scratch or mark any walls or my floor. On another level, we had a death in the family last night and both Chad and Ryan expressed their deepest thoughts and prayers for my family. It is rare to hear such a genuine response from strangers in a professional setting but both men were very genuine. On a lighter note, my 22 year old daughter thought Ryan was pretty cute too! Thank you.

Store hours: Could be open later especially here in the Queen City, when the Riders and the X is on. I simply could not get to the store before closing due to fact I work until 4:30 and would need another 10 minutes to beat the traffic on a good day from my place of work plus it was set up for automatic with drawl not sure what happened there
