In His Opening Speech, Titled 'Facing Facts: What'S Wrong With The Current World Order!', Dr. Ismail Serageldin Started By Questioning The Problems And Contradictions That The World Faces Today And Which Affect Various Countries. Dr. Serageldin Also Stressed The Importance Of Working On Finding A Serious Means Of Communication In Order To Create A New World Order Built On Mutual Trust Between All Parties. The Conference Was Attended By Former Latvian President And President Of The Club Of Madrid, Vaira V??e-Freiberga, Who Also Co-Chairs The Nizami Ganjavi International Center Along With Dr. Serageldin.
