Expanding Horizons is a daycare and preschool combined. We offer two different developmental levels of daycare. Parents and E.C.E.s work together to decide which program will best meet the needs and strengths of your child. We believe in small groups and close connections. We foster mutually respectful caregiver and child relationships and strong connections with families. We provide a caring, calm space for children to play, learn and grow. We have lots of outside time in our large, shady yard, a variety and range of play materials and monthly field trips. Junior daycare 30 months to 3.5 years. A balanced day of structured learning in the preschool program with rest and free play in the afternoon. Senior daycare 3.5 to 5 years. Our specially designed Kindergarten Bridge program builds and extends concepts presented in the junior daycare. Independence and self/peer respect are encouraged.
