The Centre's Director/Curator programs all exhibitions and related or adjunct events (performances, readings, lectures, projects) with the input of an Advisory Panel. Kids deserve more than arts & crafts - so we developed a program based in art history which gives them the opportunity to explore a variety of real art media in a creative setting. Since 1993 we have encouraged children to learn, exercise their imaginations and have fun through challenging, yet age-appropriate concepts. We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced level art classes in Drawing, Painting and Sculpture, and limit enrollment to permit personalized instruction and nurture each and every student in their work. Forget the sock monkeys - Inspire them with some real art!Jeff and Laura Kerr have 8 years of Fine Arts education between them. Jeff also has a Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture. Together they have changed the face of art education in Winnipeg by introducing art history, design theory and real art.

Plug In ICA will bring the best of contemporary art to Manitoba and share Manitoba's unique artistic voice with the world. This will be accomplished through exhibitions, events, tours, conferences, lectures and online projects that marry research and analysis with innovation and experimentation.
